Tearing an old enclosed porch off this small house provided the opportunity to expand a small living room and to create a new back entry and screen porch with views of a large maple. Slicing an angle through the porch expanded garden views from the house and the porch. The new mudroom area includes a new mechanical room, lots of storage and a scrub sink.
